Although the name of the restaurant is Giorgo the Butcher's Restaurant,
everybody knows the place sas " Maria's Place". Maria is the most well known person among the Maronites. She is
the youngest person living in Kormacit and is famous for her hard-working, amiable and benevolent character. She is Giorgo's
doughter; she works from the early hours of the day until midnight, always standing up and in a hurry, she works tirelessly.
In addition to her assiduous attitude to work, she is also known for her symphatetic personality. She loves her work and is
eager to see her customers happy. She is involved with all aspect the business.
